SAP Finance Business Analyst – S/4HANA Assessment We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Business Analyst to join a 6-month engagement focused on assessing an organisation’s current SAP S/4HANA Finance environment and providing clear, practical recommendations for optimisation and future-state improvements. Key Responsibilities Assess the current SAP S/4HANA Finance landscape Analyse current-state finance processes Identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities Facilitate workshops with Finance and IT stakeholders Document current-state and future-state process maps Develop business and functional requirements for enhancements Provide clear, prioritised recommendations and a transformation roadmap Key Skills & Experience Proven experience as an SAP Finance Business Analyst Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance Knowledge of core finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, Asset Accounting, Controlling) Experience conducting system and process assessments / health checks Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills Excellent documentation and communication capability Prior experience in finance transformation, migrations or system optimisation projects highly desirable The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Business Analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience within large complex environments.
