About the Role
We're looking for a permanent part‐time home maintenance worker, 3 days per week.
You'll take pride in the presentation of a well‐maintained home and join a team of dedicated and caring individuals that are enriching and celebrating residents' lives every day.
Responsibilities
* Use a can‐do, collaborative approach to ensure the presentation of the home is of the highest standard.
* Work both inside and outside the home, tackling a variety of tasks and getting to know residents as you support them with their maintenance requirements.
* Pay close attention to detail, coordinate the maintenance program and maintain excellent records.
* General handy skills are highly valued.
