About the role
Ela Mana is seeking a retail manager to oversee venue operations, ensure efficient service, support the team, and contribute to the restaurant’s ongoing growth.
A retail manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
· Oversee everyday store functions and ensure smooth service delivery
· Help supervise team members and coordinate task assignments, training and supervision of staff
· Provide training to new staff on procedures and service expectations
· Track inventory levels and maintain proper FIFO stock rotation
· Uphold food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards
· Address customer issues and ensure high-quality service is maintained
