Key Responsibilities
* Manage classroom activities effectively, providing flexible routines and creative learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of each child.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop a comprehensive transition to school program that prepares children for future success.

* Demonstrate a profound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Establish strong relationships with children and families, promoting open communication and a sense of community.
* Contribute to documentation and engage in reflective practice to continuously improve teaching methods and program effectiveness.
Requirements
* Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA.
* Have experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher.
* Hold a current Blue Card.
* Hold approved First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma qualifications (desirable).
* Display a solid grasp of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF) principles.
