We operate 7 days a week with flexible rosters and shifts, offering opportunities to work on a variety of makes and models from diesel to the latest zero-emission and electric buses.
About the Role
We are looking for Heavy Vehicle - Diesel Mechanics on a full-time basis at our Thornton depot.
Our Diesel Mechanics - Responsibilities
* Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot the diesel engines for our buses.
* Diagnose engine faults.
* Perform regular servicing such as oil changes and filter replacements.
* Conduct complex repairs on components like fuel systems, turbochargers, and exhaust systems.
* Attend to breakdowns, accidents and incidents.
About You
* Team-oriented with a focus on safety and community.
* Willingness to learn and grow skills and help develop the next generation of industry specialists.
* Technical skills such as Motor Vehicle Repair Licence required.
* Experience in Heavy Vehicle Inspection.
* MR or HR driver's licence or willingness to obtain one.
