What You Will Do
* Teach - You'll deliver clear, structured lessons that build conceptual understanding and exam technique.
* Coach - Motivate students to engage with content, practice deliberately, and improve week-to-week.
* Mentor - Share study strategies and relatable stories to build student confidence.
* Connect - Build genuine connections so students feel supported and motivated.
What You Will Bring
* QCE Completion with, ideally High ATAR (99+) and strong subject-specific academic achievements (95+ results in Maths Methods, Specialist Maths, Biology and Physics).
* First-year university level knowledge or above in your subject(s).
* Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
* Energy, empathy, independence and a proactive mindset.
* A full academic year commitment with 10+ hours weekly availability.
* Alignment with Contour's mission (non-compete agreement required).
* A genuine passion for helping students succeed.
