The Role
This is a 3-month contract opportunity for an experienced Power BI Reporting Specialist to design and build investment performance reporting as part of a broader performance uplift project.
This role is delivery-focused, you will be responsible for building new reports and dashboards, not maintaining existing ones. You'll work closely with stakeholders across regulatory and performance functions to translate complex investment data into clear, high-quality reporting outputs.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and build Power BI dashboards and reports focused on investment performance
* Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear, scalable reporting solutions
* Work with existing data models and sources to develop robust performance insights
* Ensure reports meet governance, regulatory, and quality standards
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver agreed outcomes
* Support the broader performance uplift project through technical expertise and best-practice reporting design
About You
* Proven experience designing and building Power BI reports and dashboards end-to-end
* Strong background in investment performance reporting within financial services
* Advanced Power BI skills including data modelling, DAX, and visual design best practices
* Ability to work independently in a project-based, delivery-focused environment
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
