About the Role
Deliver comprehensive care and support to individuals with mental health diagnoses who are experiencing homelessness or at risk within a regional setting. As part of our Homeless Health Outreach Team, you will adopt an assertive outreach approach to assess, coordinate, and provide clinical interventions tailored to meet the complex needs of this client group.
Key Responsibilities
* Foster high-level clinical critical thinking and problem-solving skills to apply theoretical knowledge in practice and deliver best-practice nursing care.
* Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized plans to address mental health and substance use challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Possess a relevant tertiary degree qualification and current registration/licences appropriate for the role.
* Maintain a valid Class C Motor Vehicle Licence.
* Undergo pre-employment screening, including Criminal History checks, as required.
* Comply with vaccination requirements for Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis.
* Participate in a 6-month probation period.

* Base salary between $107,960 and $115,904 per annum (Nurse Grade 6 Band 1).
