We’re now looking for a motivated Sales Associate / Admin Assistant to support our sales team and help drive exceptional client experiences.
About the Role
This is a dynamic, hands-on role supporting our Directors and office team across administration, marketing, and client coordination.
You’ll be a key part of our growth journey — helping keep the sales department organised, professional, and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Supporting sales agents with day-to-day administration
✔ Preparing contracts, forms, and documentation
✔ Managing listings and marketing campaigns
✔ Coordinating photos, signage, and advertising
✔ Handling buyer and seller enquiries
✔ Managing databases and CRM systems
✔ Booking appointments and open homes
✔ Assisting with social media and promotional content
✔ General office and client support
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

Previous real estate experience is highly regarded but not essential — the right attitude and work ethic matter most.
Requirements
* Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)
* Driver’s licence and reliable transport
* Strong computer skills (CRM, Microsoft Office, portals)
* Well-presented and professional
