Domestic Support Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate community care specialist to assist individuals in maintaining their independence at home.
The role involves providing personal support, domestic assistance, meal preparation, social interaction, transportation, respite care, and access to community activities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting clients with daily tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping
* Providing companionship and social interaction to reduce feelings of loneliness
* Preparing meals and snacks to ensure clients' nutritional needs are met
* Transporting clients to appointments and social events
Required skills and qualifications include:
* Australian National Police check (or eligibility to obtain)
* NDIS Screening (not mandatory)
* Driver's Licence and reliable registered vehicle (with Comprehensive Insurance)
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain
