Southern Generators & Electrical (SGH) are a well-established company that hires, sells, services and installs generators with applications in general industry and major events.
We have a full-time position for a qualified Diesel Mechanic. The position is based out of our Queanbeyan Workshop.
You will require a current driver’s license.
Experience with generators and lighting towers will be looked upon favourably but not a prerequisite.
The ideal applicant will be able to follow direction and complete tasks unsupervised.
Skills and experience preferred but not required :
* Diesel Engine servicing and repair
* Mechanical Fitting
* Hydraulic experience/ticket
* White Card
* Need to be able to pass Drug and Alcohol Screening
* HR truck license highly desirable
* Forklift license highly desirable
