Do you love being part of a fast-paced kitchen where flavour, quality, and consistency matter? We're looking for a motivated and detail-driven Chef/Cook to join our culinary team at South Tweed Sports.
This hands-on role focuses on large-batch production — ideal for someone who thrives in a well-organised, team-oriented kitchen environment and takes pride in producing great-tasting food at scale.
What You'll Be Doing
Preparing and producing high-volume menu items with care and precision
Cooking and prepping ingredients for both our restaurant and café
Maintaining high standards of presentation, quality, and food safety
Keeping your section clean, organised, and running smoothly
Assisting with food packaging and closing duties in the kitchen
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef or Cook
A positive, energetic attitude and a genuine passion for food
Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
Reliable, efficient, and a true team player
