We're looking for energetic and ambitious team-players that enjoy managing a high volume of phone-based sales, combined with opportunities to attend customers events. You'll be a driven, customer-centric Sales Specialist with strong travel knowledge and be looking to advance your career with a rapidly growing business.

Responsibilities

- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound inquiries, providing expert, personalised service to assist customers in booking their bucket-list travel experience via phone, email, chat, or person
- Provide expert, personalised service by communicating clearly and accurately with customers across all platforms, ensuring a seamless, top-tier sales experience
- Represent our brand at weekend events to connect with customers and showcase exciting travel options
- Travel as needed for meetings, training, and customer-facing events, including potential interstate trips
- Proactively address and resolve customer feedback and concerns effectively
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver industry-leading service

What you'll need to join our high-performing sales team:

- An unwavering commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Proven success in a similar travel sales role (high-volume inbound and outbound phone sales)
- Highly motivated with proven experience achieving goals
- Confidence to engage with a diverse range of people and present professionally to customers either face to face, or via video
- Calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage the unexpected
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and administrative capabilities
- Comfortable learning new systems and digital technologies quickly
- Ability to work independently, with strong initiative and organisational skills
- Available to work full-time on a consistent, flexible 7-day rotating roster, travel to attend regular events, and hold full working rights in Australia.
