 
        
        Role: The role is to drive a profitable and efficient Parts Department across multiple franchises/brands by supporting our Service and Sales Departments deliver high quality customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and implement processes to manage the following:
 * Stock aging management
 * Stock ordering to maintain correct stock levels across multiple brands
 * Stock holding/warehouse layout
 * Stocktake procedures
 * Deliver high quality customer service by phone, email, and over the counter enquiries
 * Prepare and processing quotes, orders, invoices and warranty claims
