Duties: Organize courier sample pick-ups for clients using our internal courier or Toll Fast (VIC only) Take internal and external phone calls and transfer to corresponding staff member using miRECEPTION Telstra IP Telephony system Open mail and distribute to correct staff member and departments Take mail to the post box Scan and send timesheets to staff members in the following states: NSW, NT, SA, WA & QLD Scan & Send Credit Card Statements to relevant staff members every month Order Stationary Process Credit Card Payments & advise relevant Client Manager Enter DHL invoices on Microsoft Access Scan & Send Sub-Contract Invoices to correct client manager for approval Make announcements over the PA System Book travel and accommodation for staff Filing of invoice Skills & Experience: Previous experience in receptionist position Strong numeracy and financial skills. Ability to build and structure business plans, submissions and initiatives. An entrepreneurial spirit, with an eagerness to take the next step.
