About the role
We’re lookingfor a hands-on IT End User Support Analyst to join our Shared Services IT team.In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our people whentechnology isn’t working as it should. From fixing laptops and mobiles tosetting up AV for important meetings, you’ll make sure our staff can stayproductive and confident with their tech.
What you'll do?
- Provide day-to-day support for hardware, software, mobile devices, conferencing tools and collaboration platforms.
- Set up and support audio-visual technology for meetings, presentations and Board sessions (onsite and virtual).
- Troubleshoot issues quickly, escalate when needed, and work closely with IT infrastructure, security and engineering teams.
- Support new starters with onboarding and technology training.
- Log, update and close support tickets in ServiceNow, keeping users informed along the way.
- Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base to improve self-service options.
- Assist with networking, phone patching, operating system/software deployment, and equipment audits.
What will you bring?
- Experience providing IT support in a service desk or desktop environment.
- Knowledge across hardware, software, AV/conferencing and networking.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- An exceptional service mindset with demonstrable experience supporting C-level executives
- A self-starter as you’ll be the sole support in our Sydney region.
- Experience with ServiceNow is essential.
