The role of Senior Business Analyst is critical for the delivery of our technology programs, many of which involve government clients, public-sector agencies, and regulated industries.
This position is required to:Manage a team of technical and functional professionals distributed across geographical territories of operations with special alignment with Australia & New ZealandUse project management methodologies, principles, and techniques to develop project plans and to cost, resource and manage projectsTake responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, ensuring acceptable quality and integrity of the systemTranslate complex operational needs into clear functional and technical specifications for development and delivery teamsEnsure alignment between business objectives, data architecture, analytics models, and system designSupport large-scale ERP, Utilities, BI, and Cloud transformation projects, where precise requirements and governance are mandatoryManage stakeholder engagement across geographically dispersed teams and client organisationsEnsure successful implementation, testing, and transition of mission-critical systemsMonitor KPIs for business analysis guidelines and methodology compliance, review and improve processesServe as the escalation point of any functional issues within the projectProvide feedback and suggestions to higher management to help formulate future roadmapManage and monitor allocation of development tasks to the project or product development teamQualificationsOver 10 Years of relevant ExperienceBachelor or Master of Business Administration or Computer ScienceExperience of working in a similar capacity in an IT Consulting environmentExperience of working as part of the delivery team in a large-scale projectExperience of delivering cloud-enabled products and/or projectsExperience of end-to-end delivery of enterprise solutions is a mustExperience of working and delivering solutions based in ERP, Utilities domain, City Councils, or Custom cloud solutions using Oracle or other pre-packaged enterprise solutionsStrong experience in business analysis, developing requirement specification and solution design documentsProven experience of leading customer workshops for requirement gathering and solution design presentationHands-on experience of implementing and configuring pre-packaged solutions is a must
