About the role
The role will be responsible for leadership of Process Engineering in the Hides to Gel Section to meet Safety, GMP, GEP and cost requirements.
Demonstrating strong and experienced understanding of Chemical Engineering fundamentals, a flexible attitude, and an innovative approach to solving problems
Work collaboratively with stakeholders and other team members to deliver project outcomes.
End to end management of engineering projects.
Management of the wastewater treatment plant to ensure a reliable and cost-effective operation.
Strength in written and verbal communication to support the production of engineering reports and presentations.
About you
A Chemical Engineering degree qualification as a minimum
A minimum of 5-10 years' experience
Technical knowledge of the chemistry of Hides to Gel and wastewater treatment plants is an advantage.
A proven track record of managing engineering projects including developing CAPEX justifications and project feasibilities.
Excellent communication, inter-personal and organisational skills
