We are seeking an experienced and dynamic administration officer to support the daily operation of our organisation.
The successful candidate must have prior experience in a similar fast paced environment and a working knowledge of administrative practices and procedures.
You will need to effectively apply these skills and demonstrate a firm understanding of data entry techniques and general clerical duties.
This is an exciting short term chance for any administration professional looking to develop skills in a supportive and proactive environment.
Primary Roles and Responsibility
Provide support through general clerical duties
Answer and screen telephone calls for all staff members and take messages when appropriate
Perform general typing and administrative assignments including scanning filling, and data entry as and when required
Maintain a positive working relationship with the management and staff
High level MS office
Any other duty as reasonably directed
Carry out all duties in line with company policies, procedures and processes
To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
Must have current drivers licence and own transport
Working knowledge of formatting and administrative practices and procedures
Ability to effectively apply clerical practices and procedures
Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
Be a proactive team member with a agile and committed work ethic
