Personal Banking Role Overview
This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences by meeting end-to-end banking needs. Key responsibilities include assisting with enquiries, educating customers about online platforms, and recommending products tailored to their requirements.
Key Accountabilities:
* Develop solutions that balance the bank's goals with those of customers.
* Gain in-depth understanding of customer objectives and create customized solutions to meet their needs.
* Support customers' digital literacy and online banking requirements through education and guidance.
* Offer personalized lending options and facilitate informed decision-making for customers.
This is a fixed-term contract for 9 months, working full-time hours. The position is based in Townsville Central, with an 76 hour fortnightly roster.
