Tax Graduate Program
You're invited to embark on a 18-month rotation pathway, allowing you to experience multiple Tax teams during your graduate program. As a tax graduate, you can be a true partner to the businesses you advise while experiencing a variety of challenges and industries.
In this role, you'll work on solving problems with both experienced and early-career professionals. The client brings us a challenge and we create a team and a plan to help solve it. You might research and gather information on international tax law, liaise with clients to understand decisions or challenges they face, assess a client's current processes against best practice, work with your team to write a report, or ensure tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions for international transactions.
Our direct support includes an experienced 'buddy' who will help you settle in and a dedicated Performance Development Manager focused on helping you grow professionally. You'll also have access to skills and career development opportunities through structured regular learning sessions. Additionally, our firm prioritizes wellbeing, diversity, and community, offering employee discounts, networking opportunities, and more.
This is a chance to build your knowledge of several industries and businesses while working directly with clients, including company CFOs and management. By joining this team, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact and learn from experts in multidisciplinary teams.
