About the Job
* Under the direction of the Venue Manager, ensure the smooth conduct of the shift through customer focused service delivery and effective staff supervision.
* Lead a seamless guest experience and provide support to colleagues within the department.
* Coordinate with all departments in the hotel.
Responsibilities
1. Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests.
2. Be a trusted contact for all guests, help them with issues or local knowledge, and advise management when necessary.
3. Adhere to presentation, grooming and punctuality guidelines.
4. Develop and maintain cohesive working relationships within the team, and wider hotel team.
5. Be willing and able to work a flexible roster.
