Discover more via our website. Your next career opportunity You will lead the design and development of online subjects for a new Master of Human Resource Management. You will collaborate with academic leaders and Melbourne Online specialists to create engaging, high-quality learning experiences for postgraduates. This role offers a rare opportunity to shape the future of HR education at scale. What you will deliver: Design and develop postgraduate HRM subject curricula that align with programme outcomes and industry-relevant learning goals. Create engaging online learning materials and subject websites in partnership with Melbourne Online instructional design teams. Collaborate closely with the Program Director and colleagues to integrate subjects coherently across the new degree. You may be a great fit if you: Hold a doctoral qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent, or bring substantial relevant professional HR expertise. Demonstrate recent tertiary teaching and subject design experience, ideally including online or blended delivery modes Adopt a scholarly, evidence-informed approach to teaching, including analysing student learning needs and using pedagogical research. Bring familiarity with business education pedagogy, online learning tools, and, ideally, membership of AHRI or similar bodies. For further information please refer to the attached PD.
