Connect Resources Pty Ltd is a specialist provider of Recruitment and Labour Hire Solutions in Western Australia. Our recruitment team have a combined 15+ years' experience recruiting for local roles in Perth and FIFO roles in regional WA, specialising in labour hire and permanent placements for various industries. We also work across New South Wales and Queensland.

As
Drainer
– You must hold a Certificate 2 in Drainage and have at least 3 years' experience in drainage work or a similar position, and also hold a White Card. You will also show experience with drainage work on subdivisions or road projects, pipelaying, reading plans, leading a team, meeting deadlines, and installing sewers and stormwater drains.
As
Plumber
– You must hold a relevant trade qualification and have at least 2 years' experience in a similar position.
As
Fitter
– You must hold a relevant trade qualification and have at least 2 years' experience in a similar position.
As
Welder
– You must hold a relevant trade qualification and have at least 2 years' experience in a similar position.
As
Metal Fabricator
– You must hold a relevant trade qualification and have at least 2 years' experience in a similar position.
The
Human Resource Advisor / Recruitment Consultant
will play an important role in the delivery of the company's people and culture strategy. You must have at least 3 years' experience in an HR Advisory role and hold a tertiary qualification in Commerce.

ICT Support Engineer
– We're seeking a proactive and technically skilled ICT Support Engineer to join a high performing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong infrastructure and data systems experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-availability setting. You must have at least 2 years' experience in a similar position. As part of this position, you'll need to ensure the reliability, stability, and performance of critical systems and services. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple regions in Australia to maintain operational excellence and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring uptime and operational efficiency.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and application-level issues.
Install and configure tools, libraries, and environments.
Support real-time data pipelines and ensure accuracy and consistency of data flows.
Contribute to the design, implementation, and optimisation of data models and schemas.
Perform QA testing, manage peer-reviewed deployments, and ensure version control.
Maintain secure access to systems and enforce access protocols.
Develop dashboards and reports to surface key operational insights to stakeholders.
Keep accurate documentation of system procedures, configurations, and change logs.
Accountant
– We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support overall financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, and the ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Duties include
Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain general ledger and record financial transactions accurately.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Prepare tax returns and ensure timely tax filings.
Conduct internal audits and help implement improvements in financial processes.
You must hold a relevant bachelor's qualification and have at least 2 years' experience in a similar position.
The successful applicants will be offered a remuneration between $76,515 - $160,000.
