The Opportunity
Kelly+Partners Private Wealth is seeking a driven Investment Director – Alternative Investments. This is a key role within our expanding wealth advisory business, ideal for someone passionate about building relationships and delivering alternative investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Grow Funds under Management (FUM) for the Alternative Investment product suite
2. Identify new business opportunities in private equity, real estate, and private credit
3. Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and referral networks
4. Collaborate with Partners and marketing to deliver campaigns, events, and thought leadership
5. Present to investors on alternative investment opportunities
6. Prepare tailored investment proposals, ensuring regulatory compliance
7. Work with accounting partners to deliver wholesale investment opportunities
8. Monitor pipeline activity, report, and contribute to growth strategies
9. Represent Kelly+Partners at client events and forums
10. Cross-sell other business lines including insurance, finance, tax, and accounting
About You
* 8+ years’ experience in business development, wealth advisory, or financial services
* Solid understanding of alternative investment products and client needs
* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship skills
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or related field (RG146 desirable)
* Self-driven, results-oriented, professional demeanor
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Willingness to travel for meetings and events
