The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in computer systems. A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred, along with previous experience in hospitality or customer service. The ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is essential.
