We are seeking an experienced HSSE Advisor to join the Project HSSE team, delivering the Darwin Ship Lift Facility Working on a FIFO night shift roster of 15 days on, 9 days off, flying from all major domestic airports.

Your focus will include:
* Covering nightshift safety operations
* Ensuring the HSSE procedures and manuals, in consultation with the HSSE Manager, are fully compliant with the company and project requirements
* Ensuring HSSE onboarding and inductions for all HSSE personnel are conducted as required
* Ensuring safety equipment / PPE is readily available and issued in accordance with project or company requirements
* Prepare agendas for safety meetings and toolbox meetings as required
