About the Role
We're looking for a Casual Team Member to join our Spotlight store, with availability to work flexible shifts across Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm. This role will primarily support our Manchester and Home Décor departments, assisting customers, maintaining stock presentation, and helping create an inspiring in-store experience.

The Ideal Candidate
* Previous retail experience or customer service
* The ability to multitask in a fast environment
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and late nights
