The venue features a state-of-the-art fit-out, including over 70 screens.
The Sporting Globe is seeking a hard-working and vibrant senior Chef to provide support to the kitchen team. You will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of our meals within a high-volume restaurant and pub environment. You will be under the Head Chef to train, coach and develop team members, while performing day-to-day kitchen operations. You will be committed to cleanliness, food safety and kitchen hygiene, and uphold brand standards, OH&S; and food hygiene procedures.
To Be Successful You Will Have
Demonstrated experience as a Chef De Partie in a hotel, restaurant, or pub environment.
Energetic attitude, a team player approach and solid work ethic.
Experience and understanding of financial controls of a hospitality business.
The ability to lead, train and develop a team.
Passion for providing exceptional quality food to ensure guest satisfaction.
Commitment to upholding our brand standards, OH&S; and food hygiene procedures.
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery is required.
Eligibility to work in Australia.
