The Role
We're seeking a hands‑on, organised, and proactive Property Assistant to help keep our properties in perfect condition for guests. This part‑time role (3 days per week – plus 1 weekend per month) is ideal for someone local who enjoys a mix of administrative work, on‑site visits, and guest interaction. You'll work closely with our Property Manager and support daily operations to ensure every property is guest‑ready and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and organise linen and laundry bags.
* Conduct property checks to maintain presentation standards.
* Communicate with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
* Handle small maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, minor repairs).
* Replenish stock and supplies across properties.
* Be available on a rotating roster for occasional after‑hours guest or property needs.
* Assist cleaners when required — making beds, light tidying, or quick touch‑ups.
About You
* Highly organised, dependable, and proactive.
* Hands‑on and willing to step in where needed.
* Great communicator with a helpful, can‑do approach.
* Own reliable car and valid driver's licence.
* Experience in Airbnb hosting, property management, or hospitality is an advantage — but not essential.
