About the Role
You'll be the first point of contact for our Ranger and Emergency Services team – the person who keeps things moving smoothly behind the scenes while making sure our community feel heard and supported.
Each day you'll
* Answer enquiries via email and a busy phone line.
* Coordinate with rangers to delegate work and resolve local law matters.
* Process infringements, registrations, applications and other matters.
* Provide a high level of administration for the team.
* Contribute to protecting community safety and wellbeing.
About You
You're someone who:
* Has strong administration and data entry skills and can keep multiple tasks on track at once.
* Is confident and calm when handling difficult or emotional customer situations.
* Loves working in a team but can take initiative and solve problems independently.
* Is adaptable to change and happy to learn new systems and processes.
* Ideally has experience in compliance, enforcement, or local government (bonus points if you know the Dog Act from the Cat Act).
* A current National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain) is essential.
