Join Centennial Coal, a leading underground coal mining business in Western NSW. We are seeking Shift Undermanagers for our Clarence (4:3), Springvale (3:4), and Airly (3:4) sites. What You'll Be Doing
* Manage safety, production, and compliance during shift operations
* Coordinate crews and allocate resources
* Uphold operational and legislative standards
* Ensure statutory compliance and OH&S requirements are met
* Foster a culture of safety and teamwork
What We're Looking For
* NSW Practicing Certificate (Undermanager or Manager – Underground Coal Mines)
* Strong leadership and underground coal mining experience
* Knowledge of safety systems, OH&S, and statutory compliance
* Valid Driver's Licence
* Order 43 Medical
