Job Title: Payroll Officer
This is a part-time role working 2/3 days a week with the opportunity to work in a fantastic and close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Process fortnightly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
* Review and correct payroll reports, adjusting discrepancies as needed.
* Communicate with employees regarding timesheet issues and payroll inquiries.
* Coordinate with managers to confirm overtime and production hours.
* Upload payroll data to the system, ensuring payments are made correctly.
* Prepare payroll reconciliation and handle back payments.
* Submit payroll tax and superannuation lodgements to the relevant authorities.
* Assist with the preparation of year-end payroll reports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Support HR administrative tasks, including recruitment during non-payroll weeks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficiency with Australian payroll systems and regulations.
* Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills (ability to work with pre-designed spreadsheets and formulas).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive and able to follow up effectively.
* Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
