Pay Range: $36.96 – $45.51 per hour (including 25% casual loading)
About Us
Welcome to Yerrabi Ponds by Busy Bees, located at 1/83 Gozzard Street, Gungahlin ACT 2912. Our 90-place service is a vibrant, supportive centre where children are encouraged to explore, learn and grow in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
We are currently looking for passionate Casual Educators to join our Hive and support our team across various rooms when needed.
About the Role
As a Casual Educator, you will:
* Support the delivery of high-quality education and care in line with the EYLF
* Create engaging, play-based learning experiences
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and your fellow team members
* Maintain a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment
* Contribute to daily programming and observations as required
This is a flexible opportunity ideal for educators seeking work-life balance or additional shifts.
What You’ll Need
* A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
* A valid Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration – ACT
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
* A genuine passion for early childhood education
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
