This is a high‐impact leadership position combining strategic growth, major programme delivery and executive‐level client engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesDriving market growth across infrastructure and defence through strategic leadership, opportunity shaping and programme mobilisationLeading the pursuit, structuring and winning of major programmes and complex, multi‐project commissionsProviding executive direction across the full lifecycle of large‐scale, highly regulated programmesManaging complex programme environments with multiple workstreams, stakeholders and supply‐chain partnersActing as a trusted senior advisor, building enduring relationships and delivering outstanding client outcomesLeading, inspiring and developing high‐performing, cross‐disciplinary teamsChampioning innovation, systems thinking and best practice programme deliveryRepresenting the business at a senior level, embedding values, governance and operational excellenceYou are an established programme leader with the credibility, vision and drive to operate at the most senior levels of complex infrastructure delivery.Required QualificationsAustralian citizen with the ability to hold an Australian Baseline/NV1 clearance.Proven experience operating at Programme Director or Programme Executive level on large‐scale infrastructure or defence programmesA strong track record in winning, establishing and leading major programmes within regulated environmentsSignificant background in programme, project or construction management at Principal or equivalent levelDemonstrated ability to lead complex, cross‐functional teams across multiple disciplines and domainsDeep understanding of programme governance, commercial frameworks and collaborative contracting modelsStrong knowledge of infrastructure sectors such as defence, maritime, nuclear, transport or utilitiesSenior professional accreditation (e.g. ICE, APM, RICS or equivalent) strongly preferredA relevant bachelor's degree with broad competence across the full programme lifecycleOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
