Digital and Website Specialist
This is a full-time role with a 9-day fortnight to maintain six websites.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Implementing website development, content management, integration enhancements with other systems, and resolving outages, faults, or issues. Coordinating these tasks with external providers if required.
Maintaining and implementing the digital Help Desk, including responding to enquiries within service level agreement time frames, resolving issues, reporting, and coordinating tasks with external providers if required.
Maintaining and integrating digital and website activities, including social networking, podcast development, online advertising, and search engine optimisation.
Providing advice, training, and support to staff about the website Content Management System to ensure timely and effective updating of content.
Providing regular reports and analysis on web and digital media usage and trends using Google analytics and other online sources.
Assisting with the creation of engaging, professional digital content, such as videos, and coordinating with external providers if required.
