Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a customer-focused approach, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
- Embrace the imaginative, fun nature of the brand and create a welcoming and inclusive setting for all.
- Maintain brand standards through presentation consistency, visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning.
- Convert customer interactions to sales by demonstrating product knowledge.

The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a similar retail or customer service role.
- Ability to retain technical product and ingredient knowledge and demonstrate passion for the Allkinds No Gross Stuff approach.
- A larger-than-life personality to confidently connect with customer needs.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Please note: Our Christmas Casual Sales Assistants must have full availability to work throughout November 2025 – January 2026, including extended trade, weekends and public holidays. You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
