About your role As the Senior Problem Specialist, you will lead in-depth, complex root cause analysis across our IT ecosystem. You will be responsible for the complete investigation and resolution of persistent and high-impact problems spanning multiple platforms, including on-premise servers, cloud environments, and enterprise applications. Your role involves driving technical investigations, managing the problem lifecycle from detection to resolution, and conducting post-implementation reviews. Additionally, you will collaborate with teams to proactively manage problems by analyzing trends and recommending long-term improvements. You will also provide compassionate and expert technical input during critical incidents to stabilize services swiftly. About you If this sounds like the role for you, you will likely have extensive experience in configuring and troubleshooting across multiple IT infrastructure technologies and services. You possess deep technical knowledge of complex infrastructure technologies, including load balancers, Kubernetes, containers, microservices, Windows, and Linux. Your excellent analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and attention to detail are crucial for delivering high-quality problem investigations. You are familiar with ITIL problem management practices and service management tools, and have experience with structured root cause analysis methodologies. Your ability to work independently on complex investigations while collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders will ensure the success of our problem management initiatives.
