**Job Title: Groundsperson/ Gardener**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns and gardens
- Plant, weed, and maintain flower beds and shrubs
- Rake leaves and remove debris
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Assist with landscaping projects as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of gardening tools and equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
