Maintenance Fitter - Food Manufacturing Near Kingswood, NSW Monday to Friday | Day Shift $50-$60 per hour Overtime Available We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join a well-established food manufacturing company based near Kingswood. This is a full-time opportunity offering stable day shift hours, excellent pay rates, and regular overtime. Working within a fast-paced production environment, you will be responsible for preventative and breakdown maintenance across a variety of food processing and packaging equipment. Key Responsibilities Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance on production machinery Fault finding and troubleshooting mechanical issues Maintaining conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, motors, and packaging equipment Minimising downtime and supporting continuous improvement initiatives Assisting with machinery upgrades, installations, and project work Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with food manufacturing standards About You Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter / Fitter & Turner Previous experience within food, FMCG, packaging, or manufacturing environments Strong fault-finding and breakdown maintenance experience Ability to work independently and within a team Excellent attitude towards safety and reliability What's On Offer $50-$60ph depending on experience Monday to Friday day shift roster Ongoing overtime available Stable, long-term opportunity Supportive maintenance team and well-maintained site If you're an experienced Maintenance Fitter looking for a secure role with strong earning potential, apply now with your resume.
