About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and energetic Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in Townsville. You'll be the driving force behind a motivated team, outstanding customer experiences, and strong store results. From coaching and development to visual presentation and operational excellence, you'll take full ownership of creating a store environment your team and customers love.
Skills and Experience
* Previous management experience, experienced Assistant Store Managers or Store Managers
* Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and team development
* Customer-first mindset with the ability to genuinely engage and build rapport
* Proven capability in meeting sales targets, KPIs and operational standards
* Organised, confident communicator with a hands-on approach
