**About the role**:
We are seeking a Stock Controller to join our Supply Chain team, based in our Port Melbourne office.

This role will be responsible for ensuring products are shipped to customers in full and on time to meet or exceed Customers’ expectations and Customer Service targets.

The position interfaces with multiple internal stakeholders and warehouse teams and ensures open dialogue, especially when there are supply issues.

The Stock Controller is the first point of contact internally for Sales and Customer Service for managing queries concerning product availability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Management of Product Allocations process
- Communication of major supply constraints and product allocation priorities
- Work with Logistics to ensure Don external partner activities are aligned to internal and external customer service requirements to optimise CSLs
- Ensure orders are received and shipped in line with forecasts
- Assist with the Low Code Warning and Management Process
- Escalate SKUs when performance puts inventory at risk of write off
- Work with Demand Team to highlight potential Stock Write Offs and stock approaching MLOR to minimise exposure
- Prepare customer Supply Chain KPIs

**About you**:

- Business related tertiary qualification required
- Experience with common ERP software and reporting solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management, engagement and influencing skills
- Proven experience identifying and deploying process improvements
- Demonstrated resilience and ability to quickly engage with change
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skill
