We are seeking an experienced educator to lead our school department as Head of Department.

* Lead the development of a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
* Provide strategic leadership to improve student achievement, engagement and pathways across junior and senior schooling.
* Implement and evaluate whole-school performance and pathway processes aligned with school priorities.

* Lead the implementation of strategies to improve student achievement and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership and education experience. They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with staff and students.
