**The Role**
As the sommelier, your main responsibility will be to deliver an exceptional wine experience for guests. This will include managing our wine list and inventory, working with our chefs to create wine pairing menus, educating both staff and guests on wine selections, providing exceptional service to guests to ensure a memorable dining experience, and attending industry events to stay up-to-date on new wines and trends.
**Skills and Experience**
- WSET Certification is essential
- Experience in the restaurant industry
- Deep knowledge of Italian wines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passion for wine and dedication to ongoing education and professional development
