Production Superintendent (Rooftile Factory) – Vermont, VIC
Full‐time position based in Vermont, VIC. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will provide people and process leadership to the Monier Rooftiles Production teams, ensuring the team's health & safety, the environment, and CSR's code of conduct are never compromised.
In This Role, You Will
* Champion a safety‐first culture in pursuit of a zero‐harm environment, ensuring Never Walk Past.
* Have full accountability for production staff and day‐to‐day production operations to ensure delivery within the Monier Rooftile (Clay) factory.
* Mentor, train, and support team members and hold them accountable to deliver production, quality and safety objectives.
* Collaborate with managers, production employees, and other parts of the organization.
* Apply excellent people‐management and problem‐solving skills; technical support will be required.
* Analyse data and report on performance.
* Possess Lean manufacturing experience; this will be considered highly advantageous.
What You Bring To The Role
* A strong commitment to safety awareness.
* Demonstrated progressive experience in a production or process technical role in a similar industry.
* Tertiary qualifications in Science, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar.
* Supervisory and motivational experience and knowledge (people person).
* Knowledge and production experience in a manufacturing environment.
