Coast Modular is a growing modular building company in Tweed Heads South, delivering high-quality projects built to last. We're looking for a detail-focused, reliable coordinator to support our finance, HR, and admin systems.
Your Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll keep our business running smoothly, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across finance, HR, and administration.
What You'll Do
* Manage accounts payable, receivable, and weekly payroll in Xero
* Prepare accurate weekly financial reports
* Provide executive and admin support to the GM
* Coordinate recruitment, contracts, and inductions
* Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance
* Oversee insurances, Workcover claims, and contractor agreements
* Assist with contract administration across projects
About You
* Experienced in finance, admin, and HR support
* Skilled in Xero & Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Organised, accurate, and discreet
* Strong communicator who enjoys supporting a team
