The team is committed to sustainability and embraces creative design alongside practical, functional solutions tailored to client needs.What You'll DoProvide mechanical design expertise on single and multi-disciplinary projectsDeliver best practice and outcomes for clients, saving on costs and timeTake lead on small to medium size engineering design projects and support larger projectsCommunicate effectively with all external and internal stakeholders and project teamsBe a supporting figure and mentor for lesser experienced engineersBuild solid client relationships and recognize business development opportunities (desirable)Represent and promote the business with the local and regional marketsAbout YouHold a recognized Tertiary Qualification in Mechanical Engineering.Demonstrated expertise in designing mechanical services systems (air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems).Have the ability to coordinate and understand relevant building services disciplines, including Electrical, Hydraulic, Fire Protection, and Environmentally Sustainable Design.Proven project experience in the building services sector across a range of large projects.Possess a working knowledge of Australian building codes and standards.Ensure registration (or eligibility for registration) in the professional engineer register of the relevant state for the building/construction industry.Demonstrate a history of effectively managing competing priorities, prioritizing work, and meeting tight deadlines.Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
