Known for our unique detailing and distinct features and will take you from work to weekend in distinct style.We are seeking a hands-on and customer-centric Store Manager to drive the team based in our Marcs and David Lawrence concession stores with Myer Highpoint.We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced full-time Store Manager who has a passion for people, styling and visual merchandising.
Leading the team, you will be responsible for end-to-end store operations within your concession store, including customer service and loyalty, achieving sales budgets, visual merchandising, stock control, recruitment, scheduling and reporting.This is a Tuesday to Saturday roster.The ideal candidate will have:Minimum 2 years' experience as a store manager in fashion retailConcession management experience preferred but not mandatoryExcellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding store budgets/KPI'sExcellent communication and creative problem-solving skillsProven success in managing and growing a VIP customer baseConfidence delivering a first-class service at all times to all customersAn abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate othersStrong leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a high-performing teamLove for our brand and be proud to be our key brand ambassadorWe can offer:Generous clothing allowance and employee discountCompetitive bonus and incentive schemeIf you think you are a perfect match, please apply now by attaching your resume and a cover letter telling us about yourself
