The Project Manager will have the following:
- Minimum 10 years’ construction experience with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven experience managing large-scale multi-residential developments
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, with relevant technical qualifications
- QBCC Open Site Supervisor license (essential)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to manage relationships at all levels
- Strong leadership capability in developing and managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with construction management platforms
- Decisive problem-solving abilities with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
- Ability to excel under pressure while maintaining quality and team morale
