Store Leadership Role
We are seeking a Store Manager to lead and inspire our team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and embed a culture that builds a team of engaged product and brand ambassadors.
* Enable and empower your management team to be customer-first, people-focused, and results-driven.
* Coach your team to deliver multiple brand moments and an elevated flagship experience for seamless customer shopping.
* Identify and address team development needs, motivators, and performance drivers to build a strong bench for future succession.
* Work with field VM and merch partners to provide customer and store insights, driving results and creating great customer experiences.
* Effectively manage store schedules and wages to achieve productivity and wage targets.
* Advocate for the Cotton On Group Foundation, leading your team on making a life-changing impact through global projects.
